Payment due 14 days after receipt of invoice. Cancellation of video/photoshoot within 3 hours of booking will incur 50% charge. VideoFX™ voice over re-edit after script approval, $150.00 charge will apply. For VideoFX™ services, a 15% fee may be charged for cancellation after scripting has commenced but before editing. 50% may be charged after editing but before voice recording and 75% after voice recording. 5% late fee will apply to and all costs of recovery added to overdue accounts. All work remains copyright of Digital Productions Limited unless written notice of release provided.

Photography

Some areas may require additional charge for travel. Time on site for Standard Photography session - approximately 90 minutes. Natural lighting only. Standard Photoshop includes light and colour adjustment. Suitable for standard sized homes under $650,000. Larger homes/properties over $650,000 may require additional time and charges. See website for full details. Note: Agent must be on site at all times during session.

VideoFX™

Price includes script adaption to video voice over with sufficient information supplied. Should limited information be available - extra charges will apply for copy development prior to scripting. Price is based on a minimum of 10 still images provided. See charges on website for more information. Voice over re-edit after script approval, $150.00 re-voice fee will apply. 15% fee will be charged for cancellation after scripting has commenced, but before editing or voice over recording. 50% fee may be charged for cancellation after editing has commenced, but before voice over recording. 75% cancellation fee will apply to cancellation after voice over recording.
